Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II Baseball Team article

Seven players from Wayne State College were named to the Omaha World Herald NCAA Division II All-Nebraska baseball team released by the newspaper on Thursday, July 8.  Four players received First Team honors while three others were selected honorable mention.

Wildcats named to the First Team included senior catcher John Plasha, senior outfielder Joe Wendte, junior second baseman Nick Bidroski and freshman outfielder Justin Beranek while senior pitcher John Snyder and sophomore pitchers Tom Doran and Austen Wisroth were named honorable mention

Wayne State College finished the 2010 season going 26-23 overall and 21-10 in the Northern Sun Conference to finish sixth place overall.
