2009 Outdoor: Finished 10th in the shot put, 10th in the discus and 17th in the hammer throw at the NCAA Division II National Track & Field Championships...missed the finals by one inch in the shot put with a top throw of 45' 1 1/2"...missed the finals by 11 inches in the discus with a top throw of 141' 9"...recorded a top mark of 156' 9" in the hammer throw...placed first in both the shot put (48' 3/4") and the discus (159' 5") and finished second in the hammer throw (169' 11") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...her throw of 159' 5" in the discus was an NSIC and Wayne State record...opened the outdoor season with a first place finish in the shot put (47' 9 3/4") and a fourth place finish in the discus (136' 3") at the Mount Marty Invite on 3-29-09...placed first in the shot put (49' 8 1/2") and finished second in the discus (137' 2") and hammer throw (162' 9") at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...finished first in the shot put (49' 3 1/2"), third in the hammer throw (164') and fourth in the discus (143' 8") at the Nebraska Invite on 4-11-09...earned fourth place finishes in the discus (143' 8") and shot put (47' 3") while finishing fifth in the hammer throw (146' 2") at the Sioux City Relays on 4-18-09...placed seventh in the shot put (49' 4 1/4") at the Drake Relays on 4-25-09...earned first place finishes in the shot put (49' 1/4") and hammer throw (161') and finished third in the discus (147' 11") at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09...also won the shot put (47' 6 1/2") and the discus (145' 9") with a third place finish in the hammer throw (160' 11") at the MSU Moorhead Ron Masanz Track & Field Classic on 5-2-09...named to 2009 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2008 Outdoor: Became first NCAA female individual champion for WSC after winning the shot put with new school record throw of 51' 11 3/4" on 5-23-08 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Nationals in California...also earned All-American honors in discus with fourth place finish on 5-24-08, setting new school record with throw of 154' 5" as an added qualifier in the discus...also competed in hammer throw at NCAA Nationals, taking 11th out of 19 competitors with mark of 160' 9"...at the NSIC Championships, threw new school record of 172' 7" to win the hammer throw...also won the discus (145' 0") and was second in the shot put (47' 3/4")...finished the outdoor season with three new school records (discus, hammer and shot put)...was named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week on 4-8-08 after recording three NCAA provisional qualifying marks at the WSC Wildcat Classic on 4-5-08...set a new meet record (and school record at the time) with a throw of 49' 10 3/4" to win the shot put at the Sioux City Relays on 4-18-08.
2008 Indoor: Earned NCAA Division II All-American honors for the second time in three seasons with fourth place finish in the shot put (47' 7")...also competed in weight throw at NCAA Nationals and was 10th out of 15 competitors with top throw of 55' 2 1/4"...placed second in the shot put (47' 5 1/4") at NSIC Indoor Championships and was third in the weight throw (55' 9 3/4")...set new school record in the weight throw (57' 7 3/4") at the Prairie Wolf Open in Lincoln on 2-22-08 to earn NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week honors...also named NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week on 1-29-08 after winning the shot put (45' 5") and the weight throw (53' 5 3/4") at the Iowa State Open in Ames, Iowa.
2007 Indoor: Competed in three meets before underoing season-ending shoulder surgery...had NCAA provisional national qualifying marks in shot put and weight throw before injury...threw season-best 52'0" in shot put for fifth place finish at UNL Holiday Inn Invitational on 1-12-07 and won weight throw at season-opening Derek Miles Open at South Dakota on 12-7-06 with season-best throw of 51' 10 1/2"...also won shot put at Derek Miles Open with top mark of 45' 11 3/4".
2006 Outdoor: Placed second in the shot put (46' 3/4") and discus (142' 3") at the NSIC Championships in Wayne....topped her own school record in the shot put with throw of 46' 4 3/4" at the Howard Wood Relays on 5-5-06 to qualify for NCAA Division II National Meet for second straight season......finished 14th out of 18 competitors at the NCAA Div. II National Track and Field Championships on 5-26-06 with top throw of 44' 7"......named finalist for WSC Female Athlete of the Year......selected NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week on 4-5-06.....also selected to the NSIC All-Academic Team.
2006 Indoor: Finished fifth at the NCAA Division II National Indoor Championships with a throw of 47' 3/4" to earn All-American honors. Won the shot put with a school record throw of 48' 1 3/4" at the NSIC Indoor Championships to earn All-NSIC honors. Finished third in the weight throw (52' 1 1/4") at the NSIC Indoor Championships to earn All-NSIC honorable mention honors.
2005 Outdoor: NCAA National Qualifier in the shot put as a freshman, placing 19th with throw of 42' 8 3/4". Won NSIC championship in the shot put (43' 1 1/2") and was second in the discus (144'7") to earn All-NSIC honors in both events. Named NSIC Female Field Athlete of the Year with two others. Set all-time NSIC record in the shot put (45' 11 1/2"), and a new WSC school record, at the Nebraska Wesleyan meet on 5-2-05.
2005 Indoor: NCAA National Qualifier in the shot put, placing 14th at 43' 9 1/4". Won the NSIC Indoor shot put championship with throw of 44' 5 3/4". Also placed sixth at the NSIC meet in the weight throw (47' 5"). Set new WSC school record in shot put with mark of 45' 2", winning the WSC Wildcat Open on 2-12-05. First-ever collegiate event, threw 43' 8 3/4" to reach national provisional qualifying mark. Broke her own school record four times during season. Also held record in weight throw until bettered by teammate Lindsey Stockwell.
