2012: Placke appeared in 109 sets and started eight matches for Wayne State during her senior season...she ranked second on the team in kills with 227 and was fourth in blocks with 67...Placke had a season-high 13 kills twice this season with the first time coming on 9/14/2012 vs. Winona State and the second time was at Northern State on 10/19/2012...had a season-high six blocks (six assisted) at Augustana on 9/18/2012...Placke averaged 2.08 kills per set, 0.46 digs per set and 0.61 blocks per set...named honorable mention Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska Volleyball Team and was selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2011:  Averaged 2.18 kills and 0.65 blocks per set appearing in 30 matches with 23 starts...ranked ninth in the NSIC with a solid .298 hitting percentage...matched career-high with 13 kills in two matches, vs. Southwest Minnesota State (10-8-11) and Upper Iowa (11-5-11)...had career-best .750 attack percentage with nine kills and no errors on 12 attacks at St. Cloud State on 10-29-11...ranked fourth on the team in blocks with 58...one of seven Wildcats selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team and was named honorable mention on the Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II Volleyball Team.

2010: Had strong finish to season, starting final two matches for Wildcats...appeared in seven matches and 14 sets with two starts...had career-high 12 kills while hitting .370 vs. Augustana on 11-12-10...also had seven kills while hitting .500 in match at Upper Iowa on 11-6-10...one of nine Wildcat players selected to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2009: Saw action in six matches as a backup middle hitter for the Wildcats in freshman season...had two digs and two set assists in 3-0 win at Chadron State on 9-21-09.

High School: Graduate of St. Paul High School in St. Paul, Nebraska...was a three-time All Lou Platte Conference volleyball selection and helped St. Paul to their first and second-ever trips to the Nebraska State Volleyball Tournament as a junior and senior...averaged 3.7 kills per game and hit .405 in 2008 to help St. Paul to a 31-4 record, Class C-1 State Tournament appearance and a #4 ranking in Class C-1...selected to play for the Blue All-Stars in the annual Nebraska Coaches Association All-Star Volleyball Game on 7-28-09, recording five kills and 1.5 blocks to help Blue Team win...also participated in basketball for two years and earned All-Conference honors during her junior year...lettered in track for four years and was a member of school record setting 4x100 relay teams during her freshman and sophomore years.
