What makes you the person you are today? Growing up the underdog and never being the most talented person on the field, persevering through all of my obstacles, being dedicated to everything I do in life. My parents provided the influence for me to grow up a decent individual, to work hard and do everything for the glory of God. Also, my brothers for helping me through life and always being willing to do anything for my good.
Coach Disch's comments: Tadd is going to have a major role in our pitching rotation this year with our program. He is very competitive and does not leave anything in the tank when he pitches. He also is involved with the SAAC committee at WSC. He does a great job in the classroom earning well above a 3.0 grade point average. He will be one of our leaders on our pitching staff this spring.
