2010 Indoor: Ran leg on fifth place distance medley relay team at the NSIC Championships in Mankato, Minn. 2009 Outdoor: Ran time of 4:24.26 to place 15th in the 1,500 meter run at the NSIC Championships in Wayne on May 8-9...season-best time of 4:12.67 in the 1,500 meter run at the Nebraska Invite on Arpil 11 was good for ninth place finish...had season-best time of 2:02.74 in 800 meter run at Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 2...ran times of 2:03.43 in the 800 and 4:25.68 in the 1,500 at the Sioux City Relays on April 17-18...named to the 2009 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2009 Indoor: Finished sixth in the 1,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:39.57...ran season-best time of 2:37.86 in the 1,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2-20-09...placed fourth in the one mile run (4:46.30) at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09.

High School: Was a two-time state qualifier in cross country and track and field at Millard West High School...ran leg on Millard West's second-place Class A 4 x 800 meter relay team as a junior (8:02.64) and seventh place 4 x 800 meter relay team as a senior...in cross country, was Millard West's #1 finisher at 2005 Class A State Cross Country Meet as a junior and helped team to ninth place finish as a senior.
