2011 Outdoor: Competed in the 400 meter dash and 800 meter run during outdoor season...posted season best time of 1:56.80 in the 800 meter run to finish third at Prairie Wolf Invite on 4-22-11...had top 400 meter dash time of 50.73 at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11...ran anchor leg on new school record setting sprint medley relay team at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11 with time of 3:30.84. 

2011 Indoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships...placed fifth in the 600 meter run at 1:23.00 (season-best time) and ran leg on fourth place 4 x 400 meter relay team that ran time of 3:22.55...ran season-best time of 2:01.43 in 800 meter run to place third at Mankato State Open on 1-29-11.

2010 Outdoor: Ran leg on fourth place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:21.26) at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota...also competed in 800 meter run at NSIC Meet and was 25th overall at 2:06.67...ran season-best time of 1:57.97 in 800 meter run at Vance Butler/Augustana Invite to place sixth overall.

2010 Indoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato, Minn. on Feb. 26-27...placed fifth in the 600 meter run (season best time of 1:23.69) and ran leg on sixth place 4 X 400 meter relay team...ran season best time of 2:04.78 in the 800 meter run at UNL Holiday Inn Invitational on 1-16-10.
