2014 Outdoor: Ran the 10,000 meters at the NSIC Championships and was 16th with a time of 33:45.32...had season-best third place finish in the 5,000 meter run at the Viking Classic (4/25/14) in a time of 16:50.67... was a repeat selection to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2014 Indoor:  Competed in four meets during indoor season...had time of 16:11.40 in the 5,000 meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships...was 13th in one mile run at Wildcat Open (1/25/14) with time of 4:47.18...also ran the 3,000 meter run at two meets with best time of 9:21.81 at Minnesota State Open (2/1/14)...one of four Wildcats named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2013 Outdoor: Participated in three events during the season...was second at the Nebraska Invite in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 10:17.51...competed in two events at the NSIC Championships throwing the javelin 99'5" and ran the 5,000 meter run in 18:13.81...was named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2013 Indoor: Competed in four events for WSC during junior season...had a season best time in the 1,000 meter run at the UNK Preseason Open with a time of 2:53.00 to place fifth in the event...ran a 4:49.62 mile, his best time of the year in the event, at the Nebraska Wesleyan Quadrangular...one of seven Wildcats named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2012 Outdoor: Redshirted during outdoor season.

2012 Indoor: Redshirted during the season for Wayne State.

2011 Outdoor: Ran in three different distance events during freshman outdoor season...finished second in 3,000 meter run at Wildcat Classic (4-26-11) with time of 9:57.92...had season best time of 17:10.07 in the 5,000 meter run at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11...competed in 5,000 meter run at NSIC Championships and finished 27th with time of 17:10.94.

2011 Indoor: Competed in two meets during freshman indoor season...placed fifth in 3,000 meter run at Wildcat Open on 1-22-11 in time of 9:42.61 and ran in 5,000 meter run at UNL Holiday Inn Invitational with time of 16:45.76.

High School: Graduate of Platteview High School where he was a four year starter and letterwinner in cross country and track and field...was a Class B State Track qualifier in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs as a junior and senior...was an Academic All-State selection in track in 2010 as a senior and Academic All-Eastern Midlands Conference as a junior and senior.
