2011 Outdoor: Ran in the 100 and 200 meter dashes during the outdoor season...ran season best time of 11.63 in the 100 meter dash to finish sixth at Wildcat Classic (4-26-11)...had season best time of 23.25 in the 200 meter dash at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11...was 24th in the 200 meter dash (23.53) and 30th in the 100 meter dash (11.71) at the NSIC Championships.
2011 Indoor: Competed in sprint events during indoor freshman season...had season-best time of 7.38 seconds in 60 meter dash to finish fifth at Wildcat Open on 1-22-11...had top time of 23.29 seconds in 200 meter dash at UNL Tuneup Open on 2-18-11...ran leg on new school record setting 4 x 200 meter relay team at the Buena Vista Classic on 2-5-11 with time of 1:50.77.
High School: Graduate of Maple Valley-Anthon Oto High School in Iowa...was a finalist in the Iowa Class 2A 100 and 200 meter dashes as the State Track Meet as a senior, placing eighth in both after running times of 11.68 in the 100 finals and 23.43 in the 200 finals.
