2015 Outdoor:  Ran legs on two relay teams that scored points at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) in Sioux Falls...was part of the 4 x 100 relay team that placed second with new school record time of 41.43 seconds and ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:20.21)...top time in the 200 meter dash was 22.41 seconds to place second at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet (4/22/15)...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2015 Indoor:  Scored points in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15) in Mankato...placed eighth in the 200 meter dash with time of 22.67 seconds and ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team...posted season-best time of 22.35 in the 200 meter dash at the Nebraska Tuneup Open (2/20/15)...won the 200 meter dash at the Wildcat Classic (1/31/15) with time of 22.85 seconds and ran top time of 7.16 in the 60 meter dash to place third...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2014 Outdoor: Ran leg on fourth place 4 x 100 meter relay team at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (42.55 seconds)...also competed in 200 meter dash and was 15th (22.92)...ran season-best time of 22.48 seconds in the 200 meter dash to place fourth at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4/18/14)...top time in the 100 meter dash was 11.20 seconds (16th) at the UNK Loper Invite on 4/5/14.

2014 Indoor: Competed in the 55/60 and 200 meter dashes during the indoor season...ran season-best time of 23.03 to finish sixth in the 200 at South Dakota Twilight Meet on 2/21/14...placed 18th in the 200 meter dash (23.64) at the NSIC Indoor Championships...took first in the 200 meter dash (23.20) at the Wildcat Open on 1/25/14...ran season best time of 7.33 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the Minnesota State Open on 2/1/14.

2013 Outdoor: Participated in three events...finished sixth in the 100 meter dash at the UNL Pre-Drake meet with a time of 11.29 and was also sixth at the Nebraska Invite in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.00...competed at the NSIC Championships in both the 100 and 200 meter dash running the 100 in 11.39 and the 200 in 22.57...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2013 Indoor: Ran in six events for Wayne State during sophomore season...placed 8th in the 300 meter dash at the UNK Preseason Open with a season best time of 39.02...finished 9th in the 55 meter dash at the Nebraska Wesleyan Quadrangular with a time of 7.03...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash and the 400 meter dash for WSC...placed sixth at the Nebraska Invite in the 200 with a time of 22.73 seconds and was 17th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.57 seconds also at the Nebraska Invite...was 25th in the 400 meter dash at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 54.15 seconds.

2012 Indoor: Participated in four events during first season with the Wildcats...finished 15th in the 400 meter run at the NSIC Championships with a time of 54.31 and ran a leg of the eighth place distance medley relay...ran a season best 7.62 in the 60 meter dash at the WSC Preseason meet and ran a season low 23.51 in the 200 meter dash at the Nebraska Tuneup.

Before Wayne State: Attended Creighton University for one year...has personal best time of 22.94 seconds in the 200 meter dash.

High School: Graduate of Lincoln East High School.

Personal: Son of Rick and Michele Ernst...born on January 26, 1992...majoring in applied human and sport physiology.
