2009 Indoor: Just missed placing in the 1,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, placing 10th with time of 2:39.51...ran season-best time of 2:36.89 at the Nebraska Tuneup Open in Lincoln on 2-20-09...ran season-best time of 4:36.27 in the one mile run at the Derek Miles USD Open on 12-10-08.
2008 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 1,500 meter run (4:05.26) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne on 5-10-08...also competed in 800 meter run and just missed placing with seventh place finish in season-best time of 1:57.52 and ran leg on second place 4 x 800 meter relay team (7:47.80) at the NSIC Championships...ran 1:58.37 in the 800 meter run at Azusa Pacific Meet in California on 4-18-08.
2008 Indoor: Collected fifth place finish in the 1,000 meter run with time of 2:37.18 at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota on 3-1-08...ran season-best time of 2:35.80 in 1,000 meter run to place 12th at Iowa State Open in Ames, Iowa on 1-25-08...took third in the 800 meter run (2:02.46) at the WSC Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-9-08.
2007 Outdoor: Scored points in two events at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota, taking fifth in the 1,500 meter run (4:05.39) and ran leg on first place 4 x 800 meter relay team that was clocked in 7:52.42...finished third in one mile run (4:33.82) and fifth in 800 meter run (1:59.77) at the Wildcat Open on 4-16-07.
2007 Indoor: Finished fifth at the NSIC Championships in the 1,000 meter run with time of 2:38.42...posted season-best time of 4:34.99 in the one mile run at Wildcat Open on 2-10-07.
2006 Outdoor: Just missed placing in the 1500 meter run at the NSIC Championships, finishing eighth at 4:38.57......ran season-best time of 4:15.15 at the Sioux City Relays on 4-22-06....also competed in 3,000 meter steeplechase and ran 11:09.24 at the Wildcat Classic on 4-8-06.
2006 Indoor: Finished third in the 1,000 meter run with a season-best time of 2:39.45 at the NSIC Indoor Championships to earn All-NSIC honorable mentions honors. Ran a season-best 4:46.1 at the NSU Quadrangular on 1-21-06.
2005 Outdoor: Sat out season as a redshirt, but competed in several events unattached in the 800 and 1500 meter runs. Season-best time in the 800 meter run was 2:03.16 at the Sioux City Relays on 4-23-05. Ran personal-best time of 4:14.30 in the 1500-meter run at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite on 4-29-05.
2005 Indoor: Competed unattached in several meets during the indoor season in the 1500-meter run. Ran season-best time of 4:40.27 at the Derek Miles Open at South Dakota on 1-22-05.
