2023 Outdoor: Placed eighth in hammer throw at NSIC Outdoor Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota with mark of 163' 2"...also placed 23rd in discus at 133' 11"...top mark in hammer throw was 172' 4" at USD Early Bird Invite (4/8/23)...was fifth in hammer throw (166' 7") and seventh in discus (144' 5") at Central Nebraska Challenge (4/1/23)...placed sixth in hammer throw (171' 9") and had season-best mark of 148' 7" in discus to place 10th at Wildcat Classic (3/25/23)...finished fifth in hammer throw (171' 4") at Sioux City Relays (4/14/23)...named to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.
2023 Indoor: Threw career-best mark of 59' 7" in weight throw to finish fourth at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...was second in weight throw at South Dakota Kickoff (1/14/23) at 58' 1 3/4" and was third at Concordia Polar Dog Invite (1/21/23) at 57' 11"...took seventh in discus at South Dakota State Holiday Open (12/3/22) at 141' 9" and fifth in weight throw with mark of 57' 5 1/2"...earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.
2022 Outdoor: Finished 12th in the discus (152' 8") and 14th in the hammer throw (153' 6") at the NSIC Track and Field Championships...recorded career-best mark of 161' 8" in the hammer throw at South Dakota Twilight Meet (5/6/22)...finished eighth in the discus (133' 10") and hammer throw (160' 1") at the Sioux City Relays (4/9/22)...took ninth in the discus (144' 6") and hammer throw (144' 7") at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/26/22).
2022 Indoor: Competed in five meets...finished sixth in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/25-26/22) with a career best distance of 57' 3 1/2"...placed third in the weight throw with a 56' 1" mark at the Lancer Last Chance (2/12/22)...had a ninth place finish in the weight throw (52' 11 1/2") at the Mark Schuck Open & Multi (1/28-29/22).
2021 Outdoor: Posted season-best mark of 155' 8" in hammer throw to place 10th at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota...also took 11th in the discus at 135' 10"...top mark in discus was 159' 1" at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) to place fourth...placed seventh in discus at season-opening Wildcat Classic (3/27/21) with mark of 136' 3"...finished ninth in discus at Sioux City Relays (4/16/21) at 147' 3".
2021 Indoor: Participated in weight throw at five meets...threw career best mark of 50' 7 1/4" to place seventh at Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21)...placed a season best fifth with a mark of 48' 0" at Herschel Neil/Northwest Missouri State (1/30/21)...placed sixth at two meets during the indoor season at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21) and Bison/North Dakota State Open (2/5/21).
2020 Indoor: Competed in weight throw during indoor season...had season-best mark of 46' 6" to finish 14th at Minnesota State Open (2/1/20)...recorded season-best finish of 12th place with mark of 45' 5 1/4" at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20).
