2009: Started all 11 games at cornerback for the Wildcat defense, recording 33 tackles with 23 solo and 10 assisted stops...also had eight breakups and one forced fumble...had five tackles with a forced fumble and two breakups at Minnesota State (9-19-09) and also had five tackles vs. St. Cloud State (9-12-09). 

2008: Appeared in all 12 games for the Wildcats as a starter at cornerback on defense, finishing with 46 tackles and one interception...also had two pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery to go with 1.5 tackles for loss...had season-high seven tackles (six solo) with a forced fumble vs. Minnesota State on 9-20-08...had an interception and a fumble recovery at Augustana on 10-25-08.

2007: Started eight games while appearing in all 12 on the year...Finished the season with 16 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, one half sack, one interception and four pass breakups...Recorded season-high four tackles vs Missouri Western on 12-1-07.

2006: Finished fifth on the team with 60 tackles. . . Also had three interceptions (T-4th on team) and four pass breakups (T-3rd on team). . . Had a season-high 10 tackles and two pass breakups against Northern State on 10-7-06.

2005: Redshirted

High School: Manuel earned First Team All-District Football Honors as a senior. . . helped Jack Yates High School to two district championships in 2004 and 2005. . . also helped team to the third round of the state playoffs in 2004. . . as a senior he had five interceptions and returned two of them for touchdowns.
