2021:  Participated in five meets during season...top finish was 22nd at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) with time of 22:54...posted season-best time of 21:26 at Dordt Classic (10/9/21)...ran 6,000 meter courses at NSIC Championships in Wayne on 10/23/21 (27:14) and NCAA Central Regional in Joplin, Missouri on 11/6/21 (26:02)...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors for second time.

2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019:  Competed in five meets, recording pair of Top 20 finishes...was 18th at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 21:17 and took 20th at Herb Blakely/Dakota State Invite (9/14/19) in 21:22.2...season-best time was 21:01.9 at Briar Cliff Invite...ran time of 26:57.2 at NSIC Championships in Wayne...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Ran in all seven meets as a freshman...took 12th at the Wildcat Classic (9/29/18) with time of 22:00...best time on 5,000 meter course was 20:59 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...top 6,000 meter time came at NCAA Central Region in Joplin, Mo. at 25:45.

High School: Graduate of Hitchcock County High School...was a three year Class D state cross country qualifier...also competed in basketball and track and field...earned top 15 medal during junior season (2016) placing 12th with time of 20:45...was 38th during senior season (21:59) and 47th as a sophomore (22:28)...was team captain all three years and holds school record in cross country as 20:45.
