2021:  Participated in five of six meets and was #3 Wildcat runner at three events...was 10th at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) with time of 20:53...top 5,000-meter time was 20:04 at Dordt Classic (10/9/21) to place 30th overall...ran time of 25:15 on 6,000-meter course at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/23/21) and 26:24 at NCAA Central Regional in Joplin, Missouri (11/6/21)...repeat selection to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2020:  Season canceled due to COVID 19.

2019:  Competed in five meets and was #2 runner for WSC once and #3 runner three times...was #2 WSC finisher as season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet with time of 20:09...finished ninth at the Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 20:45.1 and was 20th at Briar Cliff Invite in 20:05.5...was #3 WSC runner at NCAA Division II Central Regional in Joplin, Mo. (11/9/19) with 6,000-meter time of 24:31...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Ran in all seven meets as a freshman...was Wayne State's #2 finisher in five meets...took 2nd overall with time of 20:41 at Wildcat Classic (9/29/18)...posted season best mark of 19:30 on 5,000 meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...top 6,000 meter time was 23:57 at NSIC Championships in Aberdeen, S.D.

High School: Graduate of Wayne High School...was a three year letter winner and state qualifier in cross country for the Blue Devils...placed 12th during senior season in Class C with time of 20:56...helped Wayne place fifth as a team in Class C during sophomore and junior seasons...also excels in the class room earning Academic All-State Honors all three years.
