2011 Indoor: Did not compete during 2011 indoor season.
2010 Outdoor: Scored points in two events at NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota, finishing eighth in the 1,500 meter run at 4:53.59, a season-best time...also ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (4:03.45)...placed sixth in the 3,000 meter run at Kansas Relays on 4-15-10 with time of 10:58.84.
2010 Indoor: Was a member of the distance medley relay team that set a new school record and placed second at the NSIC Championships in Mankato with a time of 12:21.99...earned a first place finish in the 1,000 meter run at the Wildcat Open on 2-13-10 with a time of 3:15.91...finish seventh in the 1,000 meter run at the Nebraska Tune-Up on 2-19-10 with a season best time of 3:08.51.
High School: Graduate of Pawnee City High School...earned two medals in mid distances at Nebraska State Track Meet as a junior and senior...was sixth in the Class D 1600 meter run (5:33.74) and seventh in the Class D 800 meter run (2:24.93) as a senior and placed fourth in the 800 (2:23.98) and fifth in the 1600 (5:33.74) as a junior...also ran anchor leg on state champion 4 x 800 meter relay team as a sophomore.
Personal: Daughter of Gene and Jana Engelken...born on May 22, 1991...majoring in applied human and sport physiology.
