2010 Outdoor: Competed in two events at NSIC Championships, placing 18th in the javelin (112' 8") and 20th in the discus (121' 0")...won the hammer throw with a season-best mark of 161'5" at Vance Butler/Augustana Invite on 4-1-10...received prestigious NSIC Myles Brand Academic Distinction Award and was selected to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2010 Indoor: Finished 12th in the weight throw at the NSIC Championships with mark of 50' 4 1/2"...had season best throw of 54' 1 3/4" at Wildcat Preseason Open on 12/12/09 and was first at the USD Graphic Edge Invite on 1/23/10 with a throw of 52' 7 1/2"...selected to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2009 Outdoor: Threw career best 174' 6" to place second in the hammer throw at NSIC Championships in Wayne May 8-9...also competed in discus and finished 10th at 135' 2"...won the hammer throw at Mount Marty Open on March 29th (170' 10") and was sixth in discus at 128' 1"...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team for the second straight season.

2009 Indoor: Placed fifth in the weight throw (53' 1 1/4") at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...had season-best throw of 55' 5" for a third place finish at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09...placed second at three different meets in the weight throw.

2008 Outdoor: Finished in fourth place in the hammer throw (168' 0") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Wayne...also competed in the discus and placed 10th at 118' 0"...threw season-best 168' 5" in the hammer throw at the WSC Sunshine Invite on 4-14-08 and had top mark of 138' 9" in the discus at the USD Qualifier on 5-4-08...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2008 Indoor: Captured fifth place in the weight throw (52' 0") at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji, Minnesota...threw season-high 54' 8 3/4" to place eighth in the weight throw at the Prairie Wolf Open in Lincoln on 2-22-08...one of seven WSC athletes named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2007 Outdoor: Placed in two events at NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota to help Wildcats win second straight NSIC team title...took fourth in the hammer throw with mark of 145'1", just the third time all season he participated in event....also finished sixth in the discus with throw of 128' 9".

2007 Indoor: Just missed placing at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the weight throw with season-best mark of 44' 3/4"...improved by four feet from start of indoor season through NSIC Championships.
