2010 Outdoor: Scored points in two events at the NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota...ran legs on fourth place 4 x 400 meter relay and fifth place 4 x 100 meter relay teams...was 15th in 200 meter dash with time of 22.87 and 15th in 100 meter dash with time of 11.17 at NSIC Meet...ran season best time of 22.32 in 200 meter dash to place fourth at Vance Butler/Augustana Invite on 4-1-10...season best time in 100 meter dash was 11.17 at NSIC Championships.
2010 Indoor: Ran leg on sixth place 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Championships in Mankato on February 26-27...also finished 11th in the 200 meter dash (22.59) and was 14th in the 60 meter dash (7.10)...named NSIC Track Athlete of the Week on 1/26/10 after winning 60 meter dash (7.08) and placing second in 200 meter dash (22.57) at USD Graphic Edge Invite on 1/23/10...ran season best times of 7.00 in the 60 meter dash and 22.51 in the 200 meter dash at Husker Invite on 2/6/10...ran leg on new school record 4 x 400 meter relay team that ran time of 3:21.04 at Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10.
2009 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 200 meter dash at the NSIC Championships in a time of 23.26... placed in two events at the Howard Wood Relays on 5-2-09, taking third in the 100 meter dash (11.10) and eighth in the 200 mter dash (22.60)... ran opening leg on 4x100 meter relay team that took first at the Sioux City Relays with a time of 43.00.
2009 Indoor: Placed eighth at the NSIC Indoor Men's Heptathlon with 4,182 points... best finish in the heptathlon was second in the 55 meter dash with a time of 6.81 seconds... ran season best of 6.72 seconds in the 55 meter dash to place fourth at the Wildcat Open on 2-14-09.
2008 Outdoor: Competed in five events at the WSC Sunshine Invite on 4-14-08 and finished third in javelin throw with top mark of 141’ 11"...also competed in long jump (18’ 10 3/4"), 110 meter hurdles (17.91), shot put and discus...had season-best time of 17.80 seconds in the 110 hurdles at Sioux City Relays (4-18-08) and 1:00.82 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sioux City Relays.
2008 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 7.41 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the Derek Miles USD Open on 12-6-07...had top mark of 23.77 seconds in the 200 meter dash at the John Dalton USD Open on 2-16-08 and ran 53.84 seconds in the 400 meter dash at the Minnesota State Open in Mankato on 2-2-08.
High School: Former member of the WSC football team that joined the Wildcat track and field team in 2008...was a three-year state track qualifier in high school running leg on 4 x 100 meter relay team for Stanton High School...ran leadoff leg on Class C second place 400 meter relay team as a sophomore and was anchor on Class C sixth place relay team as a senior in 2006...
