2013:  Participated in three meets during the 2013 season...ran season-best time of 27:17 on 8,000 meter course at the Briar Cliff Invite (10-12-13)...was Wayne State's #3 runner at the NSIC and NCAA Central Region Championships, taking 59th at NSIC meet with time of 27:34 and ran time of 34:22 on 10,000 meter course at NCAA Central Regional (11-9-13).

2012: Ran in five competitions for the Wildcats during junior season...was top WSC runner until suffering an injury forcing him to miss the last two events of the season...had a season best time in an 8,000 meter race with a time of 25:59 at Briar Cliff on 10-6-12...placed fourth at the Dakota Wesleyan Invite with a time of 26:38 in the 8k run on 9-29-12.

2011: Competed in all five meets for Wayne State as a sophomore...best time on a 4 mile course was 20:36 at the Augustana Twilight Invite and finished 26th...finished 31st with a time of 26:02 at the NSIC Championship Meet which was his best time at an 8K competition...finished the season with a 54th place finish at Central Regionals with a time of 35:44, his best time on a 10K course.

2010: Ran in all six meets for Wildcats as a freshman...opened season with 10th place finish at Concordia-Seward Invite on 9-4-10 with time of 21:42 (4 miles)...had top 8,000 meter time of 26:06 for 17th place finish at Briar Cliff Invite on 10-9-10.

High School: Graduate of Westside High School in Omaha...was a two year letter winner in cross country and track and field.

Personal: Son of Ngong and Akuol Lual...born October 13, 1988...majoring in exercise science.
