High School: Graduate of Wayne High School... was a three year letter winner in baseball and football... earned Class B All-State honorable mention honors in baseball as a junior and senior... had 21 strikeouts in 20 innings pitched and a 1.42 ERA during senior season of high school baseball... excels in the classroom earning Academic All-State honors in baseball and football as a junior and senior.
