2013: Received NSIC South Division All-NSIC honorable mention honors after finishing the season tied for the team lead in tackles with 75...tied for the team lead in breakups with seven and also had 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception and two fumble recoveries with one blocked kick...recorded season-high 13 tackles with fumble recovery at Winona State (10-19-13)...credited with 12 tackles and two breakups vs. Upper Iowa (11-9-13)...named Egg Bowl MVP for Wayne State in final game as a Wildcat with seven tackles and interception vs. Sioux Falls on 11-16-13...finished WSC career starting all 44 games and ranked 10th on all-time tackle chart with 318...for the third straight season, selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
2012: Started all 11 games for the Wildcats at safety during junior season...led the team in tackles with 96 (63 solo, 33 assisted) while ranking eighth in the conference in tackles per game with 8.90...had three tackles for loss for 18 yards, forced one fumble, recovered one fumble, had four interceptions returned for 32 yards and had one pass breakup...was tied for eighth in the conference with 0.30 interceptions per game...received NSIC South Division Second Team Defense honors...had a season high 16 tackles (eight solo, eight assisted) with two tackles for loss for 13 yards at Bemidji State on 9-15-2012...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team for a second straight season and was named to the Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska Football Team.
2011: Started all 11 games during sophomore season with the Wildcats...ranked second on the team in tackles with 52 solo and 29 assisted for a total of 81 which ranked tied for 23rd in the NSIC...recorded 2.5 tackles for loss, recovered two fumbles, had one interception and two pass breakups...notched a season-high 13 tackles with nine solo and four assisted on 9/17/11 vs. then #1 Minnesota Duluth...selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
2010: Appeared in 11 games with 11 starts as a redshirt freshman for the Wildcats in 2010...was second on the Wildcats in tackles with 65 on the season with 38 solo stops and 27 assisted tackles...had three pass breakups and one fumble recovery...named Honorable Mention All-NSIC South Division...Honorable Mention Omaha World Herald All-Nebraska NCAA Division II...had 12 tackles against Concordia- St. Paul on 10-16-10...recorded nine tackles and one pass breakup against Winona state on 11-13-10.
2009: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
High School: Was a two-time MVP and All-District performer in football at Grand Island Northwest High School…finished career as all-purpose yardage leader at Northwest HS with 3,312 yards…averaged 25.7 yards on 16 kickoff returns during senior season…was a two-time Academic All-State selection…also a four-year letter winner in track and field…is the Central 10 Conference pole vault champion as a junior.
