High School:  Graduate of Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn High School in Iowa...was a three year starter in football, wrestling and track and field...helped team reach Iowa 8-man football playoffs three straight seasons, including semifinal appearance as a senior...had 59 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and one fumble recovery during senior season while rushing for 901 yards (6.2/carry) with 12 TD's...earned All-State honorable mention honors as a senior and was a state wrestling qualifier during senior season.
