2009: Saw action in two games making two tackles with one interception... had one solo tackle with an interception for seven yards against MSU Moorhead on 9/5/09... also had one solo tackle against St. Cloud State on 9/12/09.

2008: Sat out season as a redshirt.

High School: Graduate of Howells High School...lettered all four years in football and wrestling...earned All-State honors three times as a linebacker for the Bobcats...helped his teams to the State Football Championship in 2004 and 2005.

Personal: Son of Ron and Sharon Burenheide...born on September 7, 1989...majoring in Industrial Technology Education.
