2014: Ranked second on the Wildcat defense with 71 tackles playing in all 11 games with starts in the last four contests at middle linebacker...had three straight games with at least 10 tackles...made 10 tackles at Concordia-St. Paul (10/11/14), then had 13 tackles with two tackles for loss vs. Augustana (10/18/14) and had another 13 tackles with eight solo stops at Southwest Minnesota State (10/25/14)...credited with nine tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss at Minnesota State (11/8/14).
2013: Appeared in all 11 games during sophomore season as a backup linebacker, recording 16 tackles with 0.5 tackles for loss...had season-high six tackles with 0.5 tackles for loss (one yard) against Southwest Minnesota State on 10-12-13...recorded four tackles vs. Upper Iowa (11-9-13).
2012: Played in all 11 games for the Wildcats as a backup linebacker and special teams player...recorded 21 tackles (eight solo, 13 assisted) with three tackles for loss for seven yards and one pass breakup...had a season best six tackles (two solo, four assisted) at MSU Moorhead on 9-1-2012.
2011: Redshirted during freshman season at Wayne State.
High School: Graduate of Omaha Burke High School...Kroupa was an All-Nebraska and Class A First Team Defense selection by the Omaha World Herald as a senior linebacker after avergaing 15 tackles per game...helped Burke to a 10-2 record in 2010 while reaching the Class A semi-finals...also received Super State and Class A First Team All-State honors from Lincoln Journal Star...earned All-District and All-Metro honors...holds school record for most tackles and ranked second in the State of Nebraska in total tackles in 2010...also lettered and started three years in wrestling.
