Biography

2013:  Saw action in six games during senior season at quarterback...completed 19 of 45 passes for 191 yards and six interceptions...was 12 of 24 for 119 yards vs. Sioux Falls and 5 of 16 with two interceptions for 65 yards vs. Southwest Minnesota State...finished WSC career ranked 10th in career passing yards with 2,970 yards...received the prestigious NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award and was named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team for a third straight year.

2012: Played in 10 games at quarterback for WSC during junior season...led the team in all passing categories with 95 completions on 188 attempts for 1,302 yards 10 touchdowns and 10 interceptions...ranked 10th in the NSIC in passing efficiency at 116.47...ran the ball 21 times for 44 yards...averaged 134.6 total offensive yards per game and 130.2 passing yards per game...threw for three touchdowns in a game twice during the season going 15-21 for 274 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the season opener at MSU Moorhead...three for three scores on 8-18 passing for 199 yards vs. Augustana...had pass completions of 72 yards and 83 yards during the year...named NSIC Fall All-Academic for a second straight season. 

2011: Appeared in all 11 games for the Wildcats during the season...completed 107 of the 213 passes he attempted for 1,455 yards, 12 touchdowns and 10 interceptions...rushed the ball 58 times for 143 yards and two touchdowns...averaged 132.3 passing yards per game which ranked ninth in the NSIC while also ranking 10th in the conference in total offense (142.4) and pass efficiency (117.8)...had 212 passing yards and two touchdowns on 15-30 attempts vs. the University of Mary on 10/8/11...selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2010: Appeared in two games during the  2010 season as a backup quarterback...had one pass for 22 yards against Minnesota, Crookston on 9-11-10.

High School: Graduate of Giltner High School...Most finished his high school career with eight man state record 7,835 yards passing and 118 TD's...led Giltner to Class D1 Championship game as a senior throwing for 2,925 yards and 52 TD's...helped team to 11-2 record and Class D1 runner-up finish while being named honorary captain of Class D1 All-State Team...was First Team All-Nebraska Offense by Omaha World Herald and Second Team Super State defensive back by Lincoln Journal Star...holds nine Nebraska high school football record including career completions with 536...helped Giltner to a fourth place finish in 2009 D1 State Basketball Tournament and also holds school record in discus...selected Academic All-State in football, basketball and track and field...named MVP of Nebraska vs. Kansas All-Star Game at Doane College on 6-26-10 throwing for 407 yards with five touchdowns, completing 21 of 28 passes to help Nebraska in 58-20 win over Kansas All-Stars...played for the South All-Stars in Nebraska Shrine Bowl and completed 10 of 15 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown helping South win 28-13 over the North.
