2025: Competed in all six meets freshman season...raced Augustana Twilight four mile meet in 21:34.6 (9/5/25)...ran a personal-best 8,000 meter time (28:14.9) at NSICÂ Championships on October 24th and finished as WSC #5 runner...ended season at NCAA Central Region meet (11/8/25) with a career best 10k time of 36:31.1.
High School:Â Graduate of West Holt High School...four-year starter and letter winner in cross country and track and field...was a three-year Class D State Cross Country Meet qualifier...just missed a medal in senior year placing 16th at 17:18.9 and was 13th overall and a junior in time of 17:39.4...was a two-time conference and district champion in cross country...in track and field earned sixth place medal at Class D State Track Meet in 1,600-meter run at 4:29.43 and ran leg on eighth place 3,200-meter relay team.
