2024:  Competed in five of six meets...was #5 WSC runner at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/6/24) with personal-best four-mile time of 21:09.3...placed 47th at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/28/24) with time of 31:10.2 on 8,000-meter course...had personal-best time of 35:50.6 on 10,000-meter course at NCAA Central Region Championships in Joplin, Mo. (11/9/24)...recorded personal-best 8,000-meter time of 27:01.9 at NSIC Championships in Minot, North Dakota (10/26/24)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for second straight season.

2023:  Ran in two meets during season...finished 43rd at Wildcat Classic (9/22/23) with time of 30:11 on 8,000-meter course...competed at season-opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/23) and posted time of 22:14 on 4,000-meter course...earned NSIC All-Academic Team honors.

2022: Finished five meets during the season...ran season best time of 29:07.8 at Dordt Defender Classic (10/8/22)...finished 103rd at Mount Marty/Lancer Invite (10/22/22) time of 30.17.0...was 117th at NSIC Championships in Wayne (11/5/22) with a time of 30.20.2.

Before Wayne State:  Attended Benedictine College in Kansas for the fall 2021 semester.

High School:  Graduate of Wahoo Bishop Neumann High School...competed in football and track and field...during senior year in track and field, was a Class C state qualifier in two events, running second leg on 3200 meter relay team that was fifth and individual state qualifier in 1,600-meter run.
