2018: Ran in all seven meets as a senior...was #2 finisher in six meets...took 5th overall at Wildcat Classic with time of 27:47...was 22nd at UNL Woody Greeno Invite (9/15/18) in 28:37...top 8,000 meter time was 26:44 at NSIC Championships followed by 26:46 at Briar Cliff Invite.

2017: Competed in all six meets and was top Wildcat runner at the first and last meet of the season...ran time of 21:27 at season opening Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1/17) and was top Wildcat finisher at Division II Central Regional in Kearney to end the season with time of 34:38 on 10,000 meter course...top finish was 23rd overall at Woody Greeno/UNL Invite (9/16/17) with time of 28:02.

2016:  Was Wayne State's #2 runner in four of six meets during the season...top time on 8,000-meter course was 28:16 to place 22nd overall at the Dakota State/Herb Blakely Invitational (9/10/16)...was #2 Wildcat finisher at NSIC Championships in Sioux Falls with time of 27:16, top time of the season.

2015: Sat out season as a redshirt.

High School:  Graduate of Madison High School..was a four year state qualifier in cross country...during senior year (2013-14), placed 30th in the Class C State Cross Country Meet with time of 18:09 and finished third in the Class C State Wrestling Tournament at 132 pounds.

Personal:  Son of Bertha Conchas...born March 28, 1996...majoring in construction management and drafting architecture design at Wayne State.
