2015: Participated in five of six meets during the season...ran time of 22:55 (4,000 meters) in season opener at Augustana on (9/4/15)...top 8,000 meter time was 28:19 at Briar Cliff Invitational (10/10/15)...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team for a second straight season.

2014: Ran in all six meets during his sophomore season...had a season best time of 28:06 to finish 79th at the Briar Cliff Invitational (10-11-14)...had time of 28:16 at the Mount Marty Invitational (10-25-14)...ran 28:47 at the NSIC Championships in Wayne (11-8-14) and 36:16 on 10,000 meter course at NCAA Central Regional in Wayne (11-22-14)...selected to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2013:  Competed in five meets during freshman season...ran season-best time of 29:54 at the NSIC Championships in Sioux Falls on 10-26-13...had season-high finish of 48th place at Dakota State Invite (9-14-13) with time of 29:56 on 8,000 meter course.

High School: Graduate of Randolph High School.
