2020 Outdoor: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
2020 Indoor: Ran career-best time of 9:16.09 in the 3,000-meter run to place 10th at SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20)...had fifth place finish in the 5,000-meter run (16:16.29) at the Concordia Invite (2/14/20)...finished 18th in the 5,000-meter run (16:06.05) at the NSIC Indoor Championships...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors and received the NSIC/Myles Brand All-Academic With Distinction Award for graduating seniors that carry at least a 3.75 cumulative grade point average.
2019 Outdoor: Was 12th in the 10,000-meter run with personal best time of 33:15.92 at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19)...took second in 5,000-meter run (16:14.27) at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19)...also took second in 5,000-meter run at Wildcat Classic (3/23/19) with time of 15:59.98.
2019 Indoor: Competed in five meets in distance runs during indoor season...was fourth in the 3,000-meter run (9:21.94) and seventh in the mile run (4:43.61) at the USD Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (2/2/19)...was second in the 5,000-meter run at the Concordia Invite (2/8/19) at 15:54.61...posted time of 16:12.19 in 5,000-meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19).
Before Wayne State: Attended Mesa Community College for two years...named most improved runner in 2017 and was a National Qualifier in 2016 and 2017...earned All-ACCAC Third Team Honors in Cross Country in 2017.
High School: Graduate of Apache Junction High School in Arizona...four year letter winner and starter in cross country...was a three year state qualifier and captain...named most valuable runner as a sophomore and junior and received All-Section Honors in 2014 and 2015.
