2018 Outdoor:  Scored points in two events at NSIC Outdoor Championships, claiming All-NSIC honors with third place finish in the 110 hurdles (14.99) and sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (55.06)...also ran leg on 4 x 400 relay team that was eighth in time of 3:27.51...placed second in 400 hurdles at Nebraska Invite (55.24) and sixth in 110 hurdles in 15.06 seconds.

2018 Indoor: Finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships with season best time of 8.39 seconds...was also 14th in the 400-meter dash in 51.69 seconds...placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at Doane Classic (2/3/18) in 8.42 seconds...season best time in 400-meter dash was 50.71 seconds at SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10/18).

2017 Outdoor:  Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with season-best time of 54.26 seconds...was first in the 400-meter hurdles at UNK Loper Invite (4/15/17) with time of 56.90 seconds...season-best time in the 200-meter dash was 23.18 seconds at Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/6/17) to go with second place finish in 400 hurdles (55.33).

2017 Indoor:  Ran leg on eighth place 4 x 400 meter relay team at NSIC Indoor Championships and also placed 13th in the 600-meter run at 1:25.41...posted season-best time of 51.19 in the 400-meter dash to place fifth at SDSU DII Invite (1/20/17)...top time in the 600-meter run was 1:24.85 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/11/17)...placed second in 400-meter dash at USD Last Chance Meet (2/20/17) with time of 52.71.

High School:  Graduate of Emmett J. Conrad High School in Dallas, Texas...was a four year letter winner in track and field and football...named MVP of track team during senior season...was a district champion in the 300 meter hurdles and runner up in 110 hurdles setting school records in both events...personal best times are 14.8 in 110 hurdles, 39.8 in 300 hurdles, 22.4 in 200 meter dash and 50.2 in 400 meter dash.
