2021 Outdoor: Competed at four meets in mid distance events during outdoor season...season-best time in 800-meter run was 2:00.62 at the South Dakota Tune Up Meet (5/7/21)...ran career-best time of 53.47 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Sioux City Relays (4/16/21)...was ninth in 800-meter run at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) with time of 2:08.48...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Award.
2021 Indoor: Just missed a medal with a ninth place finish in the 800-meter run (1:59.32) at the NSIC Indoor Championships...also ran leg on ninth place distance medley relay team (10:46.12)...posted third place finish in the 600-meter run (1:27.95) at the WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21)...finished sixth in the 800-meter run (2:00.62) at the North Dakota State/Bison Open (2/5/21)...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2019 Outdoor: Ran personal best time of 1:59.21 in the 800-meter run to finish fifth at Mount Marty Invite (4/24/19)...took 10th in 800-meter run at Nebraska Invite (5/4/19) with time of 1:59.52...was 22nd in the 800-meter run at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19) with time of 2:00.24.
2019 Indoor: Participated in six events in middle distance events during the indoor season...recorded personal best time of 1:25.56 in the 600-meter dash to finish fourth at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/15/19)...top 800-meter run time was 2:04.71 to finish third at USD Dakota Realty Alumni Meet (2/2/19)...placed 14th in the 600-meter dash at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/19) wit time of 1:26.14.
