2015 Outdoor:  Finished seventh in the 400 meter hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) with a time of 54.88 seconds...also ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:20.21) at NSIC meet...top time in the 400 meter hurdles was 53.96, good for a third place finish, at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/2/15)...finished first in the 400 hurdles at three meets - Wildcat Classic (3/28/15), Mount Marty Twilight (4/22/15) and Grand View Viking Classic (4/24/15)...had season-best time of 53.04 in the 400 meter dash at the UNK Loper Invite (4/4/15).

2015 Indoor:  Scored points in two events at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15) in Mankato...finished sixth in the 600 meter run (1:24.42) and ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team...season-best time in the 600 meter run was 1:23.88 at Nebraska Tuneup Open (2/20/15).

2014 Outdoor: Earned All-NSIC honors with second place finish in the 400 meter hurdles at 53.72 seconds...also ran leg on 6th place 4 x 400 meter relay team that set a new school record with a time of 3:18.94...won the 400m hurdles at the Sioux City Relays (4/12/14) with a time of 56.20 seconds and was third at the UNK Loper Invite (4/5/14) in 55.93 seconds.

2014 Indoor: Placed sixth in the 600 meter run at NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 1:23.22 and also ran leg on fourth place 4 x 400 meter relay team with time of 3:23.88...had season best time of 1:22.97 in 600 meter run to take fourth at Concordia Invite on 2/14/14...placed third at South Dakota Twilight Meet with time of 51.09 in 400 meter dash on 2/21/14...ran leg on first place 4 x 400 meter relay team at Minnesota State Open 2/1/14.

2013 Outdoor: Competed in four events in the season...was part of first place 4x400 meter relay team at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a team time of 3:23.15...finished third in the 400 meter dash at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet with a time of 50.87...placed fifth at the Vance Butler Invite in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:59.17...had a fourth place finish at the NSIC Championships in the 400 meter hurdles finishing in 56.43 seconds...ran leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that  finished seventh at the NSIC Championships with a time of 3:25.68...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2013 Indoor: Competed in five events during sophomore seasin at Wayne State...placed 3rd in the 800 meter run at the Minnesota State Open with a time of 1:59.05...was a part of the 4 x 400 meter relay that placed 8th at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:26.25...selected to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2012 Outdoor: Ran the 200 and 400 meter dash and the 800 meter run for WSC...finished 12th in the 200 at the Prairie Wolf Invite running 23.34 seconds...placed 15th at the NSIC Championships in the 400 at 51.20 seconds.

2012 Indoor: Competed in five events during freshman season with the Wildcats...placed 11th in the 600 meter run at the NSIC Championships with a time of 1:25.87 ran one leg of the eighth place distance medley relay...ran a season best 24.37 in the 200 meter dash at the WSC mini meet and ran a season low 2:44.94 in the 1,000 meter run at the Concordia Invite.

High School: Graduate of Vista Murrieta High School in California...was a three year letter winner in track and field...ran personal best times of 51.25 in 400 meters, 1:59.50 in 800 meters and 4:43 in 1600 meters.

Personal: Son of Mark and Sherrie Balady...born on June 28, 1993...majoring in business at WSC.
