2019 Outdoor: Posted personal-best throw of 53' 2 3/4'' in shot put to finish sixth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19)...took second in shot put at Wildcat Classic (3/23/19) with toss of 50' 7 1/4''...finished fifth at Concordia Invite (4/6/19) with mark of 51' 5 3/4''...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2019 Indoor: Earned sixth-place medal in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19) with mark of 50' 1 1/4''...threw indoor season-best 50' 5 1/2'' to finish fifth at SDSU Last Chance (2/15/19)...was seventh at Minnesota State Open (1/26/19) with throw of 50' 2 1/2''...repeat selection to NSIC Winter All-Acaemic Team.

2018 Outdoor:  Just missed medal with ninth place finish in shot put (47' 9 3/4") at NSIC Outdoor Championships...season-best mark in shot put was 48' 6" to place fourth at Nebraska Invite (5/5/18)...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018 Indoor: Earned eighth place medal in the shot put with season best mark of 49' 7 1/4" at NSIC Indoor Championships...finished seventh in shot put at Minnesota State Open (1/27/18) with mark of 48' 11 3/4"...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2017 Outdoor:  Recorded season-best mark of 48' 2" in the shot put to place fourth at the Nebraska Invitational (5/6/17)...top mark in the discus was 132' 3" at the Concordia Invite (4/8/17)...placed 12th in the shot put at NSIC Outdoor Championships with mark of 45' 1". 

2017 Indoor:  Competed in shot put at seven meets during season...threw season-best mark of 46' 7 1/2" at NSIC Indoor Championships to place 12th overall...was fifth at USD Last Chance Meet (2/17/17) with throw of 44' 11'...took ninth at season-opening SDSU Holiday Open (12/3/16) with mark of 46' 4 3/4".

High School:  Graduate of Chambers Wheeler Central High School...was a four year starter in football and track and field and two year starter in basketball...earned Class D-2 First Team All-State Defense honors from the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star during senior season...holds school record with 35 career sacks...was a First Team All-District selection as a junior and senior in football and was a state track qualifier in the shot put, holding the school record at 49' 2".
