2010 Outdoor: Ran in the 800 and 1,500 meter runs in outdoor season...had season best time of 4:26.53 in 1,500 meter run at Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10 and top time of 2:07.11 in the 800 meter run at the Vance Butler/Augustana Invite on 4-1-10.

2010 Indoor: Competed in 1000 meter and one mile runs during indoor season...had season best time of 4:45.37 in the one mile run at Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2-19-10...had season best time of 2:44.88 in the 1000 meter run at USD Graphic Edge Invite on 1-23-10...competed in one mile run at NSIC Championship and finished 14th with a time of 4:49.98.

2009 Outdoor: Ran season-best times in the 800 (2:02.44) and 1,500 (4:19.02) meter runs at the Sioux City Relays on April 17-18...finished seventh in the 3,000 meter run at Wildcat Open on April 3rd with time of 9:45.74...competed in 1,500 meter run at NSIC Championships and was 18th with time of 4:27.79.

2009 Indoor: Just missed placing in the one mile run (4:40.05), finishing ninth at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...also competed in the 1,000 meter run at NSIC meet and placed 13th with season-best time of 2:44.10...placed third in the one mile run (4:45.80) and fifth in the 1,000 meter run (2:57.60) at the Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09.
