2020 Indoor: Ran season-best time of 8.84 in the 60-meter hurdles to place fourth at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/21/20)...was 12th in 60-meter hurdles (8.93) at the NSIC Indoor Championships...ran time of 23.82 seconds to place ninth in the 200-meter dash at the SDSU Last Chance Invite...repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2019 Outdoor: Ran leg on seventh place 4x400 relay team (3:24.16) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/11/19)...also placed 14th in 400-meter hurdles with time of 57.35...ran personal best time of 57.06 in 400-meter hurdles to finish sixth at Jim Dutcher Memorial (4/20/19)...had personal best time of 51.58 in 400-meter dash to place 10th at UNK Loper Invite (4/14/19)...selected to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018 Indoor: Competed in sprints and hurdles during indoor season...ran season-best time of 8.76 seconds in 60-meter hurdles to finish 16th at NSIC Indoor Championships...also ran leg on 10th place distance medley relay team...top time in 200-meter dash was 23.76 seconds at Doane Classic (2/3/18) and season-best mark in 400-meter dash was 52.53 at Graduate Classic (1/13/18).
High School: Graduate of Sibley-Ocheyedan High School in Iowa....was a four-year starter in track and field and qualified for four events as a senior at the Iowa Class 2A State Meet...finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.48) and seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (56.05) while also running legs on the 400-meter relay and 440-shuttle hurdles relay...holds the school record in the 110-meter hurdles at 15.06 seconds and was an All-Siouxland Conference Track First Team selection as a sophomore, junior and senior.
