2011 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw in three meets during indoor season...had season-best mark of 48' 7 1/4" in Wildcat Preseason Open on 12-13-10...was 15th at the NSIC Championships with top throw of 47' 8".

2010 Outdoor: Participated in four meets during 2010 outdoor season...finished 14th in the hammer throw (136' 9") and 16th in the discus (126' 10") at the NSIC Championships...threw season-best 143' 4" in hammer throw to place 11th at Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10...had season-best throw of 131' 6" in discus at Howard Wood Relays on 5-1-10.

2010 Indoor: Competed in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato and was 22nd overall (41' 1 1/2")...had season best mark of 42' 8 1/4" to finish sixth at Wildcat Open on 2/13/10.

2009 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the hammer throw (138' 9") and 20th in the discus (112' 5") at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...placed sixth in the hammer throw (133' 4") and finished ninth in the discus (116' 6") at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...also placed ninth in the discus (110' 3") and finished 11th in the hammer throw (117' 1") at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09.

2009 Indoor: Competed in one meet during the indoor season, placing seventh in weight throw at Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09 with mark of 41' 7 3/4".
