2021 Outdoor: Had season-best marks in the discus and hammer throw at WSC Challenge (5/1/21) - eighth in hammer throw (155' 1") and ninth in discus (137' 6")...finished 17th in discus (128'1") and 19th in hammer throw (145' 4") at NSIC Outdoor Championships in Duluth, Minnesota.
2021 Indoor: Competed at five meets in the weight throw...threw season best mark of 43' 9 3/4" at the SDSU Last Chance Invite (2/20/21)...placed season high eighth (43' 8") at USD Dakota Realty Meet (1/23/21)...had 10th place finish at WSC Wildcat Invite (1/16/21).
High School: Graduate of Hartington-Newcastle High School...
was a three year starter in track and field, two years in football and one in basketball...was a Class D state qualifier in the shot put as a junior in 2019 and helped his team win the Lewis and Clark Conference championship...he was the 2019 Lewis and Clark Conference champion in the discus and earned All-District honorable mention honors in football as a senior.
