2010 Indoor: Ran leg of the fifth place distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships (10:43.83)...ran season best in one mile run at the Wildcat Open on 2/13/10 for a third place finish (4:38.18)...had season best time of 9:12.22 in the 3000 meter run at the Nebraska Tuneup Open on 2/19/10.
2009 Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 10,000 meter run (35:11.29) and 22nd in the 5,000 meter run (16:54.48) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...finished a season-best fourth in the 5,000 meter run (16:20.74) to open the outdoor season at the Mount Marty Open on 3-29-09...placed sixth in the 3,000 meter run (9:24.00) in the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09 and finished 10th in the 5,000 meter run at the Nebraska Invite on 4-11-09.
2009 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji and was 10th with time of 9:22.43...ran season-best time of 9:09.54 in 3,000 meter run at Iowa State Open in Ames on 1-25-09...had season-best finish of third place in 3,000 meter run at Wildcat Open in Wayne on 2-14-09 with time of 9:23.45.
