2016 Indoor: Scored points in three events at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Mankato...earned sixth place finish in the 1,000 meter run (2:37.23) and ran legs on seventh place distance medley and 4 x 400 meter relay teams...ran season-best times of 1:58.85 in the 800 meter run at the Nebraska Tune-up Open (2/19/16), 2:34.74 in the 1,000 meter run at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/13/16) and 4:41.02 in the one mile run at the Dakota Reality Alumni Meet (1/16/16)...repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
2015 Outdoor: Participated in seven meets, running a variety of middle distance events...finished 15th in the 800 meter run at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (1:57.78) and ran leg on seventh place 4 x 400 meter relay team (3:20.21)...top time in the 800 meter run was 1:56.88 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays (5/2/15)...ran the 3,000 meter steeplechase in three meets, recording season-best time of 10:06.27 to place fourth at the Concordia Invite (4/11/15)...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2014 Outdoor: Had season best time of 2:00.56 in the 800 meter run to finish sixth at the Viking Classic (4/25/14)...was 21st in the 800 at the NSIC Championships with time of 2:00.64...also ran legs on 4 x 400 meter and Sprint Medley Relay teams at several meets during the season.
2014 Indoor: Competed in middle distance events for the Wildcats...took 13th in the 1,000 meter run at the NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 2:37.12...was first in the 600 meter run at the Wildcat Open on 1/25/14 with time of 1:28.93...had season-best time of 1:26.41 in the 600 to place seventh at the Fred Beile Classic on 2/8/14...top time in the 1,000 meter run was 2:39.72 at the Concordia Invite for sixth place finish on 2/14/14.
