Joined WSC track team at semester break
2009 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a second place finish in the triple jump (45' 9 3/4") and a third place finish in the long jump (21' 1 1/4") at the Mount Marty Open on 3-29-09...placed third in the triple jump (43' 1 1/2") at the Wildcat Open on 4-3-09...finished 16th in the long jump (20' 1 3/4") at the Nebraska Invite on 4-11-09...placed third in the triple jump (43' 3") and fifth in the long jump (20' 5") at the South Dakota Dual on 4-28-09.
2009 Indoor: Won the triple jump with season-best mark of 47' 2 1/4" at the NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji...just missed placing in the long jump at NSIC Meet with ninth place finish at 21' 0"...placed second in the triple jump (45' 9 1/4") at the Wildcat Open on 2-14-09 and was second at the Minnesota State Open on 1-31-09 with mark of 44' 11 3/4".
Personal: 2007 graduate of C.R. Walker High School in the Bahamas...will compete in jumps and sprints at Wayne State...majoring in pre-professional architecture.
