Hays State Classic (3/28/19) with mark of 163' 3''...repeat selection to NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2019 Indoor: Recorded personal best throw of 55' 1/4'' in weight throw at SDSU Holiday Invite (12/1/18)...had season-best ninth place finish at Concordia Invite (2/8/19) with throw of 52' 7 1/2''...selected to NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2018 Outdoor:  Competed in hammer throw during outdoor season...was 11th at NSIC Outdoor Championships at 167' 5"...threw season-best mark of 171' 9" at UNK Loper Invite (4/11/18) to place ninth...was eighth at Nebraska Invite (5/5/18) with throw of 167' 6"...named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team.

2018 Indoor:  Placed seventh in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships matching season-best mark with throw of 54' 7 1/4"...also threw 54' 7 1/4" at the Nebraska Tune-Up Invite (5/16/18)...finished seventh in weight throw at Graduate Classic (1/13/18) with mark of 51' 10"...repeat selection to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2017 Outdoor:  Finished 10th in the hammer throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with mark of 159' 8"...posted season-best throw of 167' 3" to place fifth at the Sioux City Relays (4/21/17)...also took fifth at USD Twilight Meet (4/24/17) with mark of 166' 11"...selected to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team. 

2017 Indoor:  Competed at three meets in weight throw during indoor season...top mark of 52' 10" at the Minnesota State Open (1/28/17) was good for seventh place...finished ninth at the USD Alumni Meet (2/4/17) with mark of 48' 4 3/4"...named to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.

2016 Outdoor:  Recorded season-best mark of 145' 10" in hammer throw to place 17th at NSIC Outdoor Championships...placed 10th in discus at Wildcat Classic (3/22/16) with throw of 120' 9".

2016 Indoor:  Finished 11th in the weight throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships with mark of 52' 1/2"...season-best mark of 53 7 3/4" to place third at the Dakota Reality Alumni Meet in South Dakota (1/16/16).

2015 Indoor/Outdoor: Sat out season as a medical redshirt.

High School: Graduate of Omaha Christian  Academy... was a Class C state qualifier in the shot put and discus as a junior, placing 11th in the shot put (47' 4") and 19th in the discus (131' 6")... was district champion in the discus as a sophomore and district runner up in the shot put and district as a junior... also a three year starter in football and one year in basketball.
