2019: Was a repeat selection to the All-NSIC South Division First Team despite missing 3 1/2 games with an ankle injury...still ranked second on the team in total tackles with 64 averaging 8.0 tackles a game...also had 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks for 12 yards, two forced fumbles, two breakups and one fumble recovery...credited with 13 tackles (7 solo), 1.5 tackles for loss and one forced fumble at Minnesota State (11/2/19)...had 13 tackles (5 solo) and an interception at the University of Mary (10/26/19)...recorded 11 tackles (7 solo), 2.0 tackles for loss (13 yards) and 1.5 sacks for 12 yards vs. Sioux Falls (11/16/19).

2018: Led Wildcat defense in tackles with 120 while starting all 11 games at linebacker...earned All-NSIC South Divsion First Team All-Conference after leading NSIC in tackles per game (10.9)...was later named D2CCA All-Super Region 4 Second Team, Don Hansen Football Gazette All-Super Region 4 First Team and All-American Third Team...had 10 or more tackles in eight games this year, highlighted by season-high 15 tackles with one interception for 49 yards in 42-35 win at Upper Iowa (11/3/18)...had 13 tackles vs. Augustana (9/15/18) and at Sioux Falls (11/10/18)...credited with 11 tackles and one forced fumble vs. Bemidji State (9/29/18).

2017:  Earned All-NSIC South Division honorable mention honors despite missing final four games of the year with an injury...was leading team in tackles when suffering injury vs. Sioux Falls (10/12/17)...had 59 tackles (31 solo) with three quarterback hurries, three breakups, one interception, two sacks and 6.0 tackles for loss for 22 yards...had season-high 13 tackles with 3.5 tackles for loss (17 yds) and two sacks for 16 yards at Northern State (8/31/17)...had 11 tackles with one forced fumble and one breakup at Minnesota Crookston (9/14/17)...credited with nine tackles, one interception and one hurry at Augustana (9/30/17).

2016:  Played in all 11 games with nine starts at mike linebacker, ranking second on the team in total tackles with 66...had 42 solo and 24 assisted tackles with three tackles for loss (18 yds), one breakup, one hurry and one fumble recovery...had eight tackles (seven solo) at Bemidji State (9/17/16)...made eight tackles (six solo) at Concordia-St. Paul (10/1/16) and had eight tackles vs. Minnesota State (11/5/16)...had five tackles, one tackle for loss (13 yds) and one hurry vs. St. Cloud State (9/24/16).

2015: Redshirted.

High School:  Graduate of Fremont Bergan High School...was a four year starter in football...named First Team Class C-2 All-State Defense by the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star as a senior recording 77 tackles with 8.5 sacks and four fumble recoveries...helped team to 8-3 record and quarterfinals of Class C-2 playoffs...during junior season, had 48 tackles with seven sacks and three fumble recoveries...was an All-Centennial Conference and All-District selection as a sophomore, junior and senior and was captain of the Fremont Tribune All-Area Defensive Team as a senior.

Personal:  Son of Robb Thomsen and Wendy Liston...born March 15, 1997...majoring in industrial technology/construction management with a minor in drafting at WSC.
