2021:  Was top WSC runner at all six meets during season...had two top-five and three top-15 finishes...was fifth at Morningside Invite (9/17/21) with time of 19:19 and also fifth at WSC Wildcat Classic (9/24/21) in 20:07...top 5,000-meter time was 19:15 at Dordt Classic (10/9/21) to place 13th overall...ran times of 23:56 at NCAA Central Regional in Joplin, Missouri (11/6/21) and 24:22 at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/23/21) on 6,000-meter courses...earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors for second straight season.

2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019:  Was top WSC runner at three meets and second place in the other two meets during sophomore season...finished fourth overall at Wildcat Classic (9/27/19) with time of 20:12.4...took 13th overall at Briar Cliff Invite (10/5/19) in season-best time of 19:56.8....was 54th overall at NSIC Championships in Wayne (10/26/19) at 24:30.5 and ran 6,000-meter time of 24:01 at NCAA Division II Central Regional (11/9/19) in Joplin, Mo...received NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.

2018: Participated in six meets as a freshman...was #3 finisher for WSC at three meets...took 4th at Wildcat Classic (9/29/18) with time of 20:56...best 5,000 meter time was 19:53 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18) and top 6,000 meter time came at NSIC Championships (25:10).

High School: Graduate of Hartington-Newcastle High School...was a three year state qualifier in cross country and helped Hartington-Newcastle win the Lewis and Clark Conference Championship all three years in high school...placed 8th in Class C State Cross Country as a senior with time of 20:53...was 21st as a junior in 2016 (21:24) and 20th as a sophomore in 2015 (21:29)...was an Academic All-State selection in cross country as a junior and senior.
