Biography
2013: Competed in five meets during freshman season and was Wayne State's top runner in three meets...was top Wildcat runner at the NSIC Championship (10-26-13) with time of 23:39 to finish 56th oveall and ran 23:59 at the NCAA Central Region Championship (11-9-13)...was top WSC finisher at South Dakota State Invite (10-4-13) with time of 20:48.
High School: Graduate of Bertrand High School where she was a four time state qualifier in cross country...helped her team win four straight district championships from 2009-2012 and the team never finished lower than fifth at state going fourth, third, fifth, fourth during her four seasons...best individual place at the state meet was during freshman season in 2009 placing 21st with a 16:37...best individual time at state was in 2010 when she finished 27th with a time of 16:30.
Personal: Daughter of Miguel and Maria Murillo...born on June 5, 1995...majoring in pre-dental hygiene at Wayne State College.
