2014: Participated in five meets during her sophomore season...had season best time of 21:21 on 5,000 meter course at Briar Cliff Invitational (10-11-14)...was 97th at the NSIC Championships in Wayne (11-8-14) with a time of 26:22 and two weeks later ran 26:16 at the NCAA Central Regional in Wayne (11-22-14) on a 6,000 meter course...was one of four Wildcat runners to receive NSIC Fall All-Academic Honors.

2013:  Ran in six meets during freshman season...was Wayne State's #4 finisher at the NCAA Central Region Championship (11-9-13) with time of 25:49 on 6,000 meter course...had season-best finish of 33rd with a time of 22:39 at the Dakota State Invite (9-14-13)...top time on a 5,000 meter course was 21:34 at Briar Cliff Invite (10-12-13).

High School:  Graduate of Montevideo High School in Minnesota...was a three year letter winner in cross country and track and field...was voted Most Dedicated in cross country in 2010, Most Improved as a senior in 2012 and was All-West Central Conference selection...personal best time in cross country is a 16:51.

Personal:  Daughter of Ken and Carrie Wamstad...born on March 17, 1995...majoring in elementary education at WSC.
