2018: Ran in six or seven meets...posted top time of 19:56 on 5,000 meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...was Wayne State's #2 runner at NCAA Central Regional with time of 24:21 on 6,000 meter course...was #3 finisher for WSC at NSIC Championships with time of 24:33.

2017: Was Wayne State's #2 runner in four of the five races in first season as a Wildcat...season best time on a 6,000 meter course was 25:01 at NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota (10/21/17)...posted time of 21:32 at Briar Cliff Invite on 5,200 meter course (10/7/17).

Before Wayne State:  Competed two years at Gillette College in Wyoming...pronounced (juh-lee-mo)...competed in cross country and track and field...helped Gillette College to sixth place finish at 2016 JUCO Nationals in cross country and fifth place in 2015...ran track and field one year at Gillette before program was cut for 2016-17 season...was fifth at 2016 Region 11 Championships in the 800-meter run (2:23.15) and 1,500-meter run (5:08.90).

High School:  Graduate of St. Michael's Kabisaga Secondary High School in Kabiyet, Kenya...was a four year letter winner in track and field.

Personal:  Daughter of Meshack and Sarah Magut...majoring in biology and respiratory therapy.
