2016: Competed in five meets...top 5,000 meter time was 23:18.5 at the Briar Cliff Invitational (10/8/16)...season-best time on a 6,000-meter course was 27:46.2 at the NCAA Div. II Central Regional in Sioux Falls, S.D. (11/5/16)...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
2015: Participated in four meets during the season...ran time of 23:14 (5,000 meters) at the Briar Cliff Invite (10/10/15)...top 6,000 time was 29:50 at the Northern Sun Conference Championships in St. Paul, Minnesota (10/24/15).
High School: Graduate of Archbishop Bergan High School in Fremont...was a four sport athlete competing in track, volleyball, swimming and basketball...named Academic All-State in volleyball, swimming and track while also receiving Academic All-Conference honors in volleyball and track...qualified in four events at the 2012 State Track Meet, competing in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, 4 x 100 meter relay and high jump, placing sixth in the 200 meter dash in 26.8 seconds.
