Biography
2018: Ran in three meets during the season...best 5,000 meter time was 23:08 at Briar Cliff Invite (10/6/18)...also ran at UNL Woody Greeno Invite (6,000 meters/32:12) and Augustana Twilight Meet (5,000 meters/23:19)...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
2017: Participated in all six meets during freshman season...top 6,000 meter time was 28:13 at NSIC Championships in Moorhead, Minnesota (10/21/17)...ran time of 24:09 on 5,200 meter course at Briar Cliff Invite (10/7/17).
High School:Â Graduate of Waverly High School...four year letter winner in cross country and three years in track and field...was a Class B State cross country qualifier as a junior in 2015...coached by former Wildcat track and field standout Cody Gregory.
Personal:Â Daughter of Herbert and Patricia Sack...born September 28, 1998...majoring in Spanish and English/elementary education.
