2014 Outdoor: Took 12th in the 100 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships with time of 15.51 seconds... had season best time of 15.08 in the 100 hurdles to take second at UNK Loper Invite (4/5/14)... top time in the 200 meter dash was 26.91 at Prairie Wolf Invite (4/18/14).

2014 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 60 meter hurdles at the NSIC Indoor Championships with time of 9.33 seconds...ran season-best time of 9.15 seconds in the 60 hurdles to take second at the Concordia Invite (2/14/14)...also ran the 200 meter dash at two meets and had top time of 27.82 seconds at Minnesota State Open (2/1/14).

2013 Outdoor: Ran in two events for Wayne State during the season...placed third in the 100 meter hurdles at the UNL Pre-Drake Meet with a time of 15.34...also ran the 100 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships in 15.16 seconds...ran the 100 meter dash at the Wildcat Classic with a time of 13.25.

2013 Indoor: Participated in five events for the 'Cats during the indoor season...finished 2nd in the 60 meter hurdles at the Concordia Indoor Invite with a season best time of 9.11...placed 3rd in the 55 meter hurdles at the Nebraska Wesleyan Quadrangular with a time of 8.67...ran a leg of the 4 x 400 relay at the Nebraska Tuneup to place 12th with a time of 4:12.25.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 100 meter dash, 100 meter hurdles and the 200 meter dash for Wayne State...had a season-best time in the 200 meter dash running 28.19 seconds to finish 11th at the Nebraska Invite...placed 23rd in the 100 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships with a time of 15.75 seconds.

2012 Indoor: Participated in three events during sophomore season at Wayne State...finished 19th in the 60 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships with a time of 9.61...ran a season best 9.08 at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite in the 55 meter hurldes and a season low 9.52 in the 60 meter hurldes at the Nebraska Tuneup.

2011 Outdoor: Competed in sprints and ran 100 meter hurdles during outdoor season... recorded season best time of 15.64 in the 100 meter hurdles to finish fifth at Prairie Wolf Invite on 4-22-11... had season best mark of 13.55 seconds in 100 meter dash at Northwestern College Invite on 4-9-11... ran leg on 4 x 100 meter relay team that had season best time of 49.94 seconds at Howard Wood Relays on 5-7-11.

2011 Indoor: Finished 12th in 60 meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships in Bemidji with time of 9.48 seconds...ran leg on school record setting 4 x 200 meter relay team on 2-5-11 at Buena Vista Classic with time of 1:50.77...top time in 60 meter hurdles was 9.40 for third place finish at Mankato State Open on 1-29-11...also competed in 200 meter dash at several meets with season-best time of 27.82 at Mankato State Open.

High School: Graduate of Millard North High School...was a three year letterwinner in cross country and track and field...was a Class A state qualifier in the 100 hurdles as a senior.
