Biography

2010 Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw at the NSIC Championships and had top mark of 111' 1" to finish 23rd overall...had season-best mark of 121' 4" in the hammer throw at Sioux City Relays on 4-17-10...also threw the discus and shot put at several meets.

2010 Indoor: Threw a season best 43' 3 1/4" in the weight throw at the Wildcat Open on 2-13-10 for a sixth place finish...competed in three other meets in weight throw during 2010 indoor season.
